I ate some turkey salad at a casino buffet I ate at the casino around 11:30 Sunday morning stayed at casino for a while feeling fine about four and a half hours I started to get real sick stomach cramp vomiting and diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Cramps
