Chicken Cheesesteaks Cause Illness

Husband and I had chicken cheesesteaks for dinner last night. Only thing we ate in common yesterday. Woke up at 4 am with same symptoms and so very sick. All the symptoms of food poisoning and happening every 15 to 30 minutes.
