Severe food poisoning vomiting and diarrhea to the point of not being able to consume water and hospitalization for 4 liters of fluids at the ER. Sub was purchased and eaten 7/18, illness started at 3am 7/19, hospital same day. Admitted twice to ER.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
