Thursday April 29th, I ordered a turkey sandwich with provolone and mayonnaise. At 3am that night I ended up throwing up & having diarrhea for two hours. I continued to be nauseous and weak for the next three days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
