I ordered a 43 on the 20th, and have had severe symptoms since Sunday. I believe it was the sub from Jersey Mike's. I feel like death. My fiance got the Italian sub and is having the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
