I purchased a giant mikes phillycheesteak sandwich. Ate half and started having stomach cramps and vomiting then diarrhea a couple minutes after. Im currently in the hospital  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
