I purchased a giant mikes phillycheesteak sandwich. Ate half and started having stomach cramps and vomiting then diarrhea a couple minutes after. Im currently in the hospital  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Went to Starbucks on Memorial Day, 5/27/2024. My daughter, myself and her boyfriend all ended up getting sick. Frequent vomiting, diareaha, chills, body aches and nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache

I ate nothing all day prior to eating the Ranchero Wrap & guacamole at this location. Four hours later I had a sudden onset of vomiting until my system purged it all. Afterward I was completely fine, so there is no doubt something I ate here was the cause.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

On 04/07/24 I visited Great China in Weslaco. Got home with terrible case of diarrhea that’s lasted about 4 days. Boy did I suffer Probably the chicken nuggets It was been years since I was in the USAF that I last had such a bad experience  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
