I go to JM's regularly and after I ate my stomach become rumbling. I was nauseated, having sweats and within an hour I was vomiting and had diarrhea. This has continued through the night. I'm trying to rest but still have nausea and fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
