Vito Sub Triggers Illness

Yesterday evening after eating a Vito for lunch, I developed chills, fever 100.6F, stomach cramps, watery diarrhea. I called the restaurant and reported my symptoms.
The only other thing I ate that day was an oatmilk latte from Dunkin.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Fever, Cramps, Chills
