Ultimate Italian with in 3 hours of eat the sandwich I had a fever severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. 2/26 this was the only item I had eaten. Still have a fever migraine and stomach cramps 2 days later  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Migraine
