Pregnant, Sick After Sandwich

I purchased a sandwhich around lunch time yesterday and then about three hours later I was vomiting, developed a fever....having nasuea.....I also am pregnant so I feel ten times worse.....the next day i still feel crappy I will be headed to the doctor soon
