Club Sandwich Illness Strikes

Ordered the country club sandwich for delivery yesterday afternoon. Woke up at 5:00AM and barely made it to the bathroom before vomiting. I have now been vomiting every 60 minutes or so and experiencing diarrhea. Even the slightest movement causes me to vomit again.
