June 12th I ate shrimp tacos, immediately 6 hours later explosive diarrhea began. Horrible abdominal pain with headache and body aches. It was the only thing I had eaten that day. Now 3 weeks later I have worms in my stool.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Body Ache
