I had the Louisiana Etouffee. The evening following my visit to Joe's I was very gassy and uncomfortable. The following morning I spent 45 minutes in the bathroom switching between vomiting and completely fluid diarrhea, which the diarrhea has continued into the evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Itching
