Ordered it about 5 hours ago, woke up to crippling stomach pains and urgently had to run to the toilet. Diarrhoea is so bad that I L feel nauseous and am surprised I’ve not vomited yet. It’s one of those toilet episodes where you loose feeling in your legs from the pain...
