I had severe stomach cramps, and woke up feeling hot, in pain, and extremely nauseous.. I already have IBS I contracted almost 20yrs ago from combat in Iraq, and Afghanistan.. Due to my extensive exposure to things that can make you sick as a seasoned combat veteran, I knew right away this was gonna be bad.. I got up, made it to the toilet, seriously violent diarrhea!! Within seconds the cramping got savage, and I had nowhere to go, or any alternative to just projectile vomit painfully for an hour straight, just miserable, dazed, coming outta both ends non stop.. When there was a pause, I knew I had a window of opportunity to shower off all the vomit, and waste.. I scrubbed with very hot water, and as soon as I was clean, I turned the water to cold because I could tell I had a fever.. I cooled off my head under the cold water for 45 seconds tops, before I had to swing open the shower door, and projectile vomit again onto the floor mats outside the shower.. That lasted another 10mins, and I felt faint.. Im a big guy, so if I fall out, I know I'm going down hard, and I've already suffered so many severe combat injuries I was retired with 100% permanently, and totally disabled, and unemployable never allowed to work again.. It's now 14hrs later, and as much as I hydrate, it's not staying in my body.. The fever is down, the headaches are severe migraine pain level.. The pain, and symptoms have had me in and out of consciousness since my wife heard me, and ran to the store to get me a case of bottled water, she knows I've got a high pain threshold, and if I'm in that state, it's bad.. Knowing it was Salmonella, I haven't yet sought medical attention, it's nothing I've not had before, and know to try to let it run its course, until/unless symptoms are so severe, and dire to seek medical attention (im not a fan of doctors, or hospitals).. It's not gotten much better, it's something I'd tell anyone else to go to the hospital for, but until I'm certain it's absolutely inevitable, I'm avoiding the hospital.. However, this is the absolute worst case I've ever had, if it persists, I'll
