Wrong Order, Severe Symptoms

I had ordered a number 11 but instead they gave me number 8 and then when I ate it I didn’t feel anything till the day after I became nauseous and gained a fever and severe stomach pain for more than three days and it is still continuing  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain
