After finished swimming last night. I felt wanted this. And next morning
. when I woke up, first thing was feeling my stomach very painful and I was vomiting and diarrhoea straight way. After it I felt dizzy and my temperature was high. Would not go to work. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Zinger Salad Illness Alert

Zinger salad. Nausea within 30 minutes, vomited within 60 minutes. Stomach cramps 2 hours later lasting over 12 hours with diarrhea around 10-12 times.
