Ate chicken now my face is paralyzed 3people got sick. 3 got numb lips. I have facial paralysis. Making it hard to whole food in my mouth when I eat making it hard to drink out of a can or glass have facial deformity I don't know what all I think the food needs to be tested for poisoning

Ordered the $20 fill up on 4/8/18 from here and 3 of us are it and 3 of us have diarrhea and nausea pretty bad.
