Eating a Zinger Burger. I had eaten a Zinger Burger for my Tea on Monday Night. Early hours of the morning I was violently sick and had constant diarrhea. I am now on my 5th day, where I am still unable to keep water down. Not able to eat. If no better tomorrow will have to contact 111.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Chicken Meal Causes Illness

I was up last night at 1 o clock in the morning. I felt awful until 3AM when I threw up. I didn’t sleep again that night. I had a high temp of about 39•C. Next morning about 9:00AM I threw up again and had nausea all day. Have felt awful since. I knew something was wrong with that chicken  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
