Burrito Illness: Vomiting, Fever

I bought a burrito from the drive through at approximately 4pm yesterday, by 5am I was vomiting, fever, extreme stomach cramps and diarrhoea. I have had cramps vomiting diarrhoea fever for 15 hours now however I starting to feel slightly better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
