Chicken Sandwich Illness Report

Ate the chicken little sandwiches for dinner, woke up with severe cramping. I can't stop running to the bathroom, puking and diarrhea. I feel so nauseous and sick to my stomach. Literally. This is horrible  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
