Deli Sandwich Illness Report

Ate half of a combination deli sandwich there yesterday Feb 13th. It was the only thing I ate that day. About 2 hours later serious diarrhea, nausea and stomach cramps started. The diarrhea and stomach cramps have continued into today. I’m miserable.
