I ate 1 spear of Claussen hot and spicy pickles. The next morning I experienced severe nausea and dizziness. I had projectile vomiting and uncontrollable diarrhea. It is now over 48 hours and I still have the diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Dizziness
