Food Safety Reports: Kroger, Dallas, TX, USA

My boyfriend and I both had Tony’s frozen pizza from a local Dallas Kroger and got very sick the next morning, mine started at 4:30am his started at 7:00am. Extremely painful cramps and nausea, severe diarrhea. We keep a very clean apartment and used clean dishes and cook ware.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
