Ground Beef Illness Suspected

I ate at this place in Goodlettsville TN on Tuesday evening. Around 11:00pm, I woke up having diarrhea, vomiting, chills and fever. No one else in my family is sick. I am the only one who ate ground beef and had Sprite to drink.
