I bought, as I sometimes do, a jar of Nutella. I've already eaten it and I usually don't mind. Yesterday morning I took some with a sandwich and then, 15-20 minutes later: severe diarrhea, liquid stools. Then no more symptoms for the day, so it's fine.

On the other hand, this morning, I am eating Nutella bread again: the symptoms are the same with the addition of a strangely gurgling tummy.
I ate Nutella again in the afternoon and had nothing.

At payment, when I tapped my Venmo debit card payment processed adding a 2.00 tip w/o my consent or even knowlege. I then walked home, it's literally half a block. I ate half the sandwich and went to bed around 9pm. I then was up most of the overnight hours with bad cramps, sour stomach and many trips to the toilet. I still have the other half of the sandwich.
