I bought, as I sometimes do, a jar of Nutella. I've already eaten it and I usually don't mind. Yesterday morning I took some with a sandwich and then, 15-20 minutes later: severe diarrhea, liquid stools. Then no more symptoms for the day, so it's fine.I eat the same bread again during the day and I have no symptoms.
On the other hand, this morning, I am eating Nutella bread again: the symptoms are the same with the addition of a strangely gurgling tummy.
I ate Nutella again in the afternoon and had nothing.
Conclusion: either Nutella is contaminated or I can't digest it in the morning (but I digest it the rest of the day? Weird) | Symptoms: Diarrhea
