Italian Meatballs Cause Illness

We bought their Italian meatballs. Put them into the oven as directed and within 12 hours my husband was throwing up and had diarrhea. Within 24 hours it hit me. Both ends- it was the worst experience of our lives  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
