I had 2 slices pepperoni pizza at 6 pm. At midnight I woke up with horrible stomach pains and nausea. I started throwing up only the pizza. Still having stomach pain and nausea and it’s 4 am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
