Large Pepperoni pizza with cheesy jalapeño sauce on 6/11/18 at 9:30pm. I ate two slices with jalapeño sauce. Woke up to really bad cramping and diarrhea at 3:20am. Hasn’t stopped yet and an hour has passed  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
