Had Little Caesar’s last night for supper. Went to bed, woke up today miserable. I’m very nauseous, I feel as though I’m going to throw up but haven’t yet. I have diarrhea. I feel so sick to my stomach ? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
