Spinach and artichoke dip, After 3 hours of coming back home, i experienced severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. I had tried going to sleep but instead woke up 2 hours later with a horrible pain in my stomach. I feel nauseated as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea
