Fish Combo Causes Illness

My husband order 2fish combo may 29th 2019. Within 3 hours of eating it. He had severe stomach pains followed by vomiting all night he was in and out of the bathroom . its now may 30th 8am and hes still in severe stomach pain and c a ng stop puking.
