Last Monday and ate shrimp chimichangas. From the next day on haven't been able to keep in even fluids. I had to go to the emergency room. I have missed several days of work. I am still not completely recovered. I felt like I was going to die. I have never been so sick in my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
