Had Lou Malnati’s Sunday night from the Logan square location. Brother is in the hospital, nephew and I are both sick with the same violent food poisoning symptoms that my brother in the hospital is.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
