Progreso Traditional Chicken Noodle soup, Had dinner at 5:00 pm. Went to bed about 10:00 pm. Had chills and fever, starting vomiting at 5:00 am. Currently, 3:00 pm and suffering from extreme headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills

Starkist Tuna Ate tuna at 6 PM Friday. Experienced bloating and exhaustion.
