Ordered my usual 'build your own combo' and got the fiesta potatoes, gatorade, beefy 5 layer, and cheesy gordita crunch.

After that, I started doing morning chores, but was feeling more and more nauseous to the point of carrying around a trash can with me. Eventually I threw up around 7:10 and realized it was an issue with the taco bell as I had been at home all day the previous day. Due to the time since eating and the fact that the only other thing I had that day was jelly toast in the morning and yogurt+granola for lunch, I'm confident it was the Taco Bell that was responsible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting See Less
