I purchased the egg and cress sandwich from m&s and an hour later I was vomiting and in really bad pain. Its the second day of my food poisoning and my stomach is turning and I have not been able to eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
