Sushi Illness: Severe Diarrhea

Ate there with spouse Tuesday Nov 25...wife got very sick next morning with diarrhea. It got worse throughout the day and lasted 3 days. She ended up needing antibiotics. Couldn't keep food down for 2 days.

Rest of family did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
