Ate a all day breakfast sandwich from M&S. Four hours later I’m throwing up in the sink of my wife’s postnatal ward room. Chunks of undigested sausage came up which makes me think that may have been the culprit | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
