My son and I got violently ill with nausea, diarrhea and vomitting. The only thing we both ate yesterday was a bratwurst and brownie at the brats and beers for dad's event at our hotel.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
