Chicken Curry Causes Illness

I had the 2x this week getting a chicken curry bowl both times and within hours of eating had a sour stomach. It lasted the whole rest of the day and had diarrhea as well. This has never happened until now and I'm afraid to continue eating there.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
