I went to McDonald's on King & Van Ness after work on Friday, March 25, 2016 at about 8:00 pm. I felt fine until 8:00 am Saturday morning. I woke up with a violent headache, stomachache, room spinning, vomiting and massive diarrhea. My daughter called the paramedics.…
