I went to McDonald's on King & Van Ness after work on Friday, March 25, 2016 at about 8:00 pm. I felt fine until 8:00 am Saturday morning. I woke up with a violent headache, stomachache, room spinning, vomiting and massive diarrhea. My daughter called the paramedics. I could not walk or talk and felt like I was going to pass out several times. I returned to urgent care for the dizziness. It's been 4 days and I still have not totally recovered for this incident. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Dizziness
