I ate there about two days ago and started feeling off the night but assumed it was hunger. I started feeling sick and worse the next day. Now I’m having diarrhea and nausea. I ate chicken nuggets fries and a mc chicken.

I ordered mcchickens from McDonald’s on Sunday and the day after I developed diarrhea and slowly got stomach pain, cramps, and nausea.
