Nuggets, McChicken Cause Illness

I ate a few nuggets and part of a McChicken on July 4th and was sick the entire next day. I couldn't hold fluids down between 1pm and 7pm and probably went through 3 gallons of water trying to stay hydrated.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
