Smoothie Causes Nausea, Vomiting

strawberry banana smoothie. upon arrival at work I had finished drinking said smoothie. approximately 15 minutes into my shift I started to feel nauseous and have been throwing up for 4 hours now. Due to this I have to be relieved from work.
