I ate chicken nuggets and fries at 9pm on Saturday, I woke up with pain at 4am and started vomiting around 7 am and it lasted all day along with diarrhea. I haven’t vomitted for 24h but still have some diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other
