I got a quarter pounder deluxe, as I was eating it I felt like the meat was a little off. Later that night my stomach was making that weird deep noise and started feeling achy. I went to bed, woke up, and had really bad stomach pains. I ended up throwing up and being on the toilet all day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
